Credit card payments may be made using MasterCard, Visa and Discover.  Payments made after 5 PM the last business day of each month will be subject to late fees (if applicable).  All payments will appear as "USA Propane" on your credit card statement.

Allow seven to ten business days for payments to clear and to be deducted from your bank account.  Payments made after business hours of the last business day each month (Monday through Friday) will be subject to late charges (if applicable).

Please be aware that the final date and time for payments to be applied is the final business day (Monday to Friday) of each month (see your statement for monthly due dates and times). Payments made after 5 PM will be applied the first business day the next month and could result in late charges applied to your account.
